5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to eligible games and betting — details will be specified with each offer.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Each bonus has an expiry — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus is cancelled.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For incomplete bets due to technical errors or network issues, 9 bet will make the final decision.
• A bet cannot be placed if there is insufficient balance in the wallet.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change from time to time. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. Live betting during a match follows the same rules.

7.3 Casino Games

8 Prohibited Activities

11.1 Closing Your Account Yourself

12 Limitation of Liability
